Your information, handled properly.
Short version: we collect what we need to build your website and talk to you, we don't sell it, and you can ask us what we hold or to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, business name, phone, email and everything in your onboarding form (your services, address, logo, preferences). We use it to build your site, contact you about it and run your care plan.
- How the site is used: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website (pages viewed, clicks, general location). This is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.
- Advertising: if you arrived from one of our ads, Google and Meta advertising cookies may record that the visit led to an enquiry, so we know our ads work.
What we do with it
- Build and manage your website, and send you the emails and texts that run your build (progress updates, call reminders, launch).
- Occasionally send marketing you can opt out of with one click - we only email people who've enquired or signed up with us.
- Store it with trusted providers (our form pipeline, email and hosting providers). Some, like our hosting, store data outside Australia.
What we never do
We never sell your information, share it with other businesses for their marketing, or use your business details for anything other than your website and our communication with you.
Your choices
Ask us anytime what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we'll keep only what the law requires, like invoices). Unsubscribe links are on every marketing email. Questions or complaints: contact us and we'll sort it - if we can't, you can raise it with the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
