Everything on this page is written to be read, because our whole pitch is that there's no catch. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you start.
You sign up free and complete one onboarding form. We build your website - home page, your services (up to three service pages), about and contact - write the copy, and show you the finished site on a video call within 3 days of your completed form. On that call, if you love it, you pay $995 (inc. GST) and the site becomes yours to launch. If you don't, you say no and owe us nothing.
If your website isn't live within 7 days of your completed onboarding form, we refund the full $995.
"Days" means business days - weekends and Victorian public holidays don't count, so a form completed on a Monday means live by no later than Wednesday the following week, usually sooner. The clock starts when we have your completed onboarding form and your reveal call is booked.
The only conditions, stated here and nowhere else:
If you need more time at any step, no problem at all - the timeline just pauses until you're back, and the guarantee moves with it. If we miss the deadline and it's on us, you get every dollar back and we'll still finish your site.
Your web address is registered in your name (your .com.au needs your ABN - that's Australian domain rules, and it protects you). We manage it, renew it and point it at your site as part of your care plan. If you ever leave, we transfer it to you or your new provider free, within 14 days of you asking. Your domain is never held hostage.
Your logo, your photos, your reviews and all your business content: always yours. The site's design, code and build system: ours - that's what makes the price possible. While your care plan is active, your site stays live on our system. If you cancel, the site comes down at the end of your paid period and your domain and content go with you, free. We're happy to hand over your copy and images on the way out.
The $995 is paid by card on your reveal call (we send a secure Stripe link). The $50/month is a card subscription that starts at launch. Prices include GST. There are no other fees - if we ever quote extra work, you'll approve the exact number first.
