The brief

Gusty needed a site that did one job: turn a Google search for 'heating repair near me' into a booked quote - not a brochure that looked nice and rang the phone never.

The company

Gusty install, repair and service heating and cooling across Melbourne's south east - 15 years of local experience, licensed (LIC 108325), with 24/7 emergency availability.

Their pitch is refreshingly simple: the price quoted is the price paid, the rebates get sorted for you, and you deal with Jake, not a call centre.

What we built

• A conversion-first home page: fixed-price promise up top, free-quote form beside it
• Service pages for installs, repairs and maintenance
• A four-option enquiry form that routes every job type to the same 2-minute ask
• Click-to-call throughout - most of their customers are on a phone
• Speed, tracking and heat-mapping wired in from day one
